Good app but customer support below zero

Been using Tarascon products for many years.
Recently after software update it seized to work on my iPad , giving messages “Subscription inactive”, although it works fine on iPhone and is active till Jan 2016.
Attempts to restore app leads to the app store demanding new $39.99 for subscription.
Contacted support team and realized that recently it has been changed from USBMIS to Atmosphere Apps.
After 3 days of back and forth emailing confirming subscription got just formal link “How to Transfer Apps From an iPhone to an iPad”. It didn’t help at all, because I tried to do it all possible ways before and specifically told about this problem in our conversations.
Since then they stopped contacting at all. Phone service gives only “ Leave a message” option.
Stay away form this app and Atmosphere Apps. They don’t care.
