Latest update forces annual subscription

I was perfectly fine with my 1 year old out-dated version, but this update mandates that I subscribe annually or else the app that I already PAID FOR ONCE, and was fine with, is now 100% useless. Give me back the app that I paid for and let me choose to update my content if I want to!

BUYER BEWARE. Epocrates is free and doesnt screw the customer like Terascon just did.
